EUCOCURE BR
Cure-seal hardener
Description
EUCOCURE BR is a cure seal hardener based on inorganic silicates .
Main Purpose
To protect fresh concrete surfaces from the undesirable effects associated with too rapid evaporation of surface moisture .Provides a denser and harder surface with increased resistance to abrasion .Floors treated with EUCOCURE BR will not be affected when subsequently painted and will eliminate problems of dusting when concrete surfaces are subjected to heavy traffic .A treatment with EUCOCURE BR will also reduce permeability of concrete to water and other liquids as oil .... etc. .
Advantages
EUCOCURE BR provides a cost saving method of protecting all fresh concrete and does not contain wax , oils or resins and leaves no residue EUCOCURE BR penetrates the concrete surface and reacts chemically with free lime present into an insoluble product .
Standards
Complies with ASTM C 309,DIN and SIA standards .
Properties
Appearance liquid
Specific gravity 1,4
Colour dark blue
Flash point not applicable
Shelf life well closed up to 2 years
Application
EUCOCURE BR may be applied with either hand or spray equipment .Wash equipment with clean water immediately after using .
Avoid contact with skin or eyes .For new concrete EUCOCURE BR should be applied immediately after the final trawling .Old concrete should be thoroughly cleaned before treatment to allow EUCOCURE BR to penetrate .
Consumption
Dilute 1 part of EUCOCURE BR with 3-4 parts of water .After dilution the consumption is about 10 m2 / per liter .
Remarks
When EUCOCURE BR is applied before the final trawling , it may accelerate the initial setting .
EUCOCURE BR should not be spilled or sprayed on glass or marble like surfaces in this case flush immediately with water .Avoid contact with skin or eyes .

Description
EUCOCURE HB is a curing compound based on selected synthetic resins and solvents.
Main Purpose
To protect fresh concrete surfaces from the undesirable effects associated with too rapid evaporation of surface moisture.
This protection is achieved by spraying EUCOCURE HB on to the fresh concrete surface which rapidly forms an impermeable skin over the concrete surface .

EUCOCURE HB.pdfEUCOCURE PA
Concrete curing membrane
Description
EUCOCURE PA is a non flammable curing compound of paraffin emulsion base .
Main Purpose
To protect fresh concrete surfaces from the undesirable effects associated with too rapid evaporation of surface moisture.
The protection is achieved by spraying EUCOCURE PA on the fresh concrete surface which rapidly form an impermeable skin over the concrete surface . The film will gradually disintegrate (on weathering and / or attrition) leaving a stain free surface
Advantages
EUCOCURE PA provides a labour saving method by ensuring that all fresh concrete is cured properly without the use of continuous wetting or hessian stretched over the concrete surface .When used in accordance with our instructions , the membrane will gradually disappear through traffic and weathering .
Standards
Complies with ASTM C - 309 - 89 DIN and SIA Standards .
Properties
Appearance liquid
Colour white
Specific gravity 1,0
Open flash point non-flammable
Shelf life up to 2 years
Complies with ASTM C - 309 .
ASHTO T 155 , ASTM C - 156 - 89
Coverage
6 to 8 m2 per 1 kg of EUCOCURE PA
For your own interest please do not apply more than this quantity , since no additional protection is achieved by doing so .

EUCOFORMOIL CONCRETE.pdfEUCORAU
Surface retarder
Description
EUCORAU retards the setting of the top layer of cement, thus exposing the aggregates and showing the concrete structure after washing the concrete surface .
Main purpose
For exposing the aggregates and showing the concrete structure .Suitable for precast and in situ concrete. Also for producing a mechanical key with good bonding properties, for subsequent cementitiuions or resin applications .
Advantages
Easy to use - brush or spray applied on wooden , metallic or plastic formwork .
Properties
Appearance liquid
Specific gravity 1,08
Chloride content nil
Compatibility with cement all types of Portland
cement
Shelf life up to 2 years .
Application Consumption
EUCORAU may be applied by brush , roller or cloth undiluted on any kind of clean , dry , and oil free formwork The optimum quantity for obtaining a thin but evenly covering film is 0,15 kg / m2 (1 kg for 6-7 m2) .Stir from time to time during work .
The EUCORAU film must have dried for at least 2 hours prior to the placing of the concrete .The age of the film does not influence the efficiency of the product ; with increasing age .The film becomes on the contrary more abrasive , and weather resistant . Film is to be protected against excessive exposure to sunlight .
The formwork is struck after 1-2 days, depending on the prevailing temperature .The concrete surface should be washed with a jet of water if possible immediately ;but not later than 2 hours after stripping .If necessary , take a brush and any residues of EUCORAU that can easily be removed from the dry formwork by scraper or wire brush .
Important
The effect of EUCORAU is practically uninfluenced by the cement make , but it decreases with increasing cement dosage . The more plastic the consistency of the concrete , the better the effect of the EUCORAU .
A satisfactory exposed concrete made with EUCORAU depends on qualified concrete preparation and placing , with special stress laid on granulometry. Gap-grading on coloured aggregates give good optical effects. Vertical concrete walls placed on site require experience and special care .
Surface RetarderSteam curing and high temperatures will shorten the time before the concrete can be stripped .The formwork boards impregnated with EUCORAU must be thoroughly cleaned if they are to be used again for normal casting .In special cases it is recommended to make preliminary tests on site , and to consult our technical service .

EUCORAU.pdfEUCORELEASE - AGENT
Chemical mould release agent
Description
EUCORELEASE AGENT is formulated to be applied on steel, plastic or timber formwork in order to produce high quality surface finishes together with ease of formwork removal
Main Purpose
EUCORELEASE AGENT is suitable for use on all types of formwork and it is suitable for use in normal formoil spray units. The resultant concrete has a smooth hard uniform finish with reduced incidence of blow holes.
Action
EUCORELEASE AGENT reacts chemically with Cement to impart excellent release properties to treated Surfaces. Concrete cast against surfaces coated with it exhibits a smooth, hard, uniform finish.
Advantages
- Does not stain concrete .
- Extends the life of formwork .
- Improves finish of fair face concrete
- Keeps end grain in wood forms from cracking and chipping .
- It contains a rust inhibitor for metallic formwork .
- Reduces concrete contamination .
- Coated forms are dry , cured and ready for use the next day .
- Is not affected by high ambient temperatures .
Properties
Appearance liquid
Colour Transparent light yellow
Specific gravity 0.9kg / lit +- 0.05
Freezing point 15oC
Storage well closed , unlimited
Application
EUCORELEASE AGENT is ready for use and should not be diluted .It should be applied as thinly and evenly as possible . It can be applied by brush or roller but it is recommended to be applied by spray .The concrete can be placed shortly after treating the formwork .
Apply to the mould before the first casting, and there after re-apply immediately after stripping and cleaning the mould. Excessive application should be avoided.
If after the first application, the release agent is completely absorbed into new timber or plywood, a further application should be made before filling the moulds or formwork..
Progressively better results are obtained on plywood and timber moulds as they become impregnated and the operatives become accustomed to working with release agent.
Coverage
Wood formwork 1 kg for approx. 25 to 30 m2
Plastic or metallic formwork 1 kg for approx. 50 to 70 m2 depends on smoothness and porosity of the
formwork used.
Packing
In drums containing 200 lit ..
